Terms & Return policy
Dear customer, we hope you will be satisfied to your purchase at AnyOrigin®. We offer a 14 day return right starting from the day the parcel is recieved. To avoid any inconvenience we encourage you to read the following terms:
- Standard shipping time in EU 4-9 business days / outside EU 7-14 business days. Delays depending on high seasons might extent the shipping time. AnyOrigin® withholds the right to extended shipping time depending on the shipping company or external causes. AnyOrigin®´s handling time for orders is 1-3 business days.
- By not picking the package up in given time will cause an automated return to the sender with additional operative costs. Therefore AnyOrigin® is holding the right for restocking charge of 15e.
- If you decide to return the item/items in 14 day period after receiving; please use the contact form below this page by filling requested information and you will get the return address. Please pack the item/items carefully preferably in the original packing and print/write the return address on the top of the package CLEARY AND VISIBLY.
- Please note that in the case of return; RETURN SHIPPING FEE IS PAID BY THE CLIENT USING A LOCAL SHIPPING COMPANY BY THE PREFERENCE. Client is responsible of the condition of the items while shipping.
- In the case of return, the refunded amount covers the amount of purchased item/items, excluding the original shipping fee.
- Due to difficulties in size exchange policy, we try to offer as accurate information about sizing as possible. Please consider the style, material and use of the item and follow the spesific size attributes given per item.
- The size exchange is only possible by following the general return policy above. Return shipping fee is paid by the client and we will send you the new size without additional costs after receiving the return. Please use the message field in contact form to note size exchange/new desired size so we know to reserve it for you. Please note that even we try to refill our stock regularly, some sizes might not be available and the exchange time will be postponed (14-30 days).
- Please note that all the returned items are inspected and if any signs of damage or use, the refund will not be made or is made as reduced.
- Reduction of 15e as refreshing fee is made in the case of visible stains occurring needing handling. For full refund, returned items need to be as per condition as shipped from the seller. We send only inspected, new and clean items. We value our customers rights for clean and fully new products so we hope you understand our policy.
- Please note that OUTLET products do not have return or exchange right.
- Please note that due to hygiene reason, swimwear (bikini sets/swimsuits) do not have return or exchange right.
